Inside Out Leadership exists to help leaders build healthy, whole identities through trauma-informed, Biblically grounded insights and experiences.
We believe it is not enough to be successful if you are also frustrated, anxious, depressed, and feeling like an impostor. There are some things that more achievement can’t fix; including beliefs about ourselves that rob us of joy.
This is why Inside Out Leadership exists; because we know from experience that true and lasting success is an inside job.

We deliver breakthrough results for individuals and corporations by expertly weaving together spiritual disciplines, emotional/mental well-being, and practical leadership strategies for, both, the self and other people.
Our content is rooted in a deep understanding of the human condition as uncovered by science-backed research in social psychology, biology, anthropology, and more. But, we don’t stop there. We also ground our insights in time-tested Biblical truth.
Our understanding of the role trauma plays in affecting how we show up in the world means our content will always emerge from a genuine concern for helping you heal the hurts that more success will never fix.
Success Circle
Success Circle is our monthly, group coaching membership program. When you join, you will become part of a global community of professionals who are growing together, celebrating each other, and redefining success on their own terms.
Redeeming Your
Identity
Redeeming Your Identity is our flagship, twelve-week leadership development program. It is designed specifically for professionals who feel a tension between the joy they want to have and the life they are currently living. It is held twice per year and includes an in-person intensive at the kick-off and conclusion with Nona Jones and other Inside Out Leadership Faculty.
ASCEND
ASCEND is our annual identity incubator, designed for executive and professional leaders who are outwardly successful and inwardly exhausted. ASCEND addresses the deep questions plaguing leaders who find themselves at an inflection point. It also provides a supportive community where you can heal the hurts that more success can’t help.
Success from the Inside Out Retreat
Success from the Inside Out Retreat is our annual gathering for high-capacity women leaders who need to pause and refresh in an atmosphere of sisterhood. The retreat features world-renowned speakers and ample time for rest and reflection. It is a must-attend if space is available.
